Awesome Summit 2016

Did you know there are 79 “Awesome” chapters worldwide? Yup, that’s right. Together, we have formed a mega, indomitable community whose mission is simple: to advance the interest of awesome in the universe, $1000 at a time. Since the Awesome Foundation’s origination in 2009, there have been chapters established in 16 countries and $1,865,000 has been granted to 1,865 projects. Pretty mind blowing, eh? So, imagine if all of these Awesome chapter leaders were put in the same room? The room would essentially explode with awesome vibes. Well, guess what folks? IT’S HAPPENING.

From March 5-6, 2016, a summit will be held in Seattle for Awesome Foundation trustees from around the world to meet and share their experiences and ideas for microphilanthropy! There will be working groups organized to work on projects to strengthen the global Awesome community, and there will be a party to introduce former grantees to Summit attendees and the public. This is the fourth year of the Awesome Summit, and this is the first time it’s being held on the West Coast.

We are excited to team up with the Awesome Seattle team, and provide sponsorship to help bring Awesome trustees far and wide to this Awesome Foundation family reunion/celebration!
